Covid-19 Protocols

We have put specific measures in place to ensure the safety of our employees and our guests. On a daily basis, we are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning

Guest Check-in

Guests need to please provide– names, ages and contact details for all guests travelling with them; trip details (for tracking post-stay); COVID-19 status and risk profile; and answers to COVID-19 screening questions.

Recording Temperatures

We will need to take and record the temperature of all our guests daily, unless there is no guest contact with staff on check-in and/or during the days of our guests travel or stay.

Wearing of Masks

Guests and visitors are asked to please wear cloth or other suitable masks at all times in the communal areas except when eating or drinking, or in connected small travel groups in open space situations.

Guest Luggage

Guests are asked handle their own luggage– moving it into or out of their own vehicle directly to their unit/suite. If you do require assistance, then we will need to disinfect luggage before or after off-loading from vehicles.

Santitiser

Sanitiser or sanitising wipes will be provided for guests through-out public areas. Please ensure that you use sanitiser on your hands on arrival and after touching any surfaces. Rooms are disinfected before and after your stay.

Social Distancing

Guests are asked to keep a minimum distance of 2 metres in public areas at all times between other guests and staff, unless the persons concerned are a connected group, friends or family travelling or staying together.
